3. Age Restrictions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from xc66:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
xc66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions. General bonus terms are set out below:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are given to eligible players only and are non-transferable.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless the offer's terms clearly state otherwise.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, xc66 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Each promotion has an expiry date; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
5.4 VIP Program
The xc66 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Based on the consistency and volume of your play, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on xc66 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) operate their games in accordance with their own standards and criteria.
6.1 Game Results
The outcome of every game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely independent and not predetermined. If any game result is affected by a technical error, xc66 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or any other technical reason, the xc66 system saves the state of that game and play can resume once the connection is restored. If that is not possible for any reason, the matter will be reviewed by the xc66 support team.
7. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on xc66, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Fraud, cheating or bonus abuse.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Use of automated software, bots or any other automated method.
- Attempting to control outcomes by coordinating with other players ("collusion").
- Money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the xc66 system.
- Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other players.
Breaching these rules may result in account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds and legal action where necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 xc66's Rights
xc66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Registration using false information.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Security risk or suspected fraud.
- Order from a court or regulatory authority.
8.2 Closure at the Player's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in your account (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) will be returned to your registered payment method.
